Great North Run

Folks, as some of you may or may not be aware, I shall be doing the Great North Run with the 2nd XI Captain Mike Ingram (Captain Pugwash), and David Ingram (Tony the Tiger). In addition, to this I am also running for charity, and need to raise at least £350. I shall be running for the National Autistic Society.
